Most shoppers think that all down comforters are fluffy. Simply because they were filled with soft down or feathers. Why wouldn’t it become fluffy, right?
This is wrong for long-time users of down comforters like me. In other words, only those who haven’t experienced sleeping under the fluffiest down comforters would say such thing.
If you have no idea how fluffy these fluffiest comforters are, then here’s 5 of them to help you begin with.
1. Luxurious Siberian Goose Down Comforter – The Softest Comforter
Don’t get me wrong when I include a Siberian goose down comforter in my list, which is one of the softest comforter available on the market. I know that Siberian goose here is just a trade or marketing name. This product, however, is worth mentioning and won’t disappoint.
The Luxurious Down Comforter is about 6 inches thick and is very lofty. Alongside the fluffy appearance of the comforter, it can give you an efficient warmth for the winter as well.
The filling is Hungarian goose down if you want to ask. Hence, it’s very soft and warm.
2. 1000TC Hungarian Goose Down Comforter
This product will make you feel very comfortable due to its thickness and softness. It is filled with Hungarian goose down within Egyptian cotton fabric.
Take note that it appears to be thinner upon purchase. After a day or two, it becomes the fluffiest blanket you have ever seen.
The filling is hypoallergenic too so don’t worry about your allergic reactions. It’s perfect for both winter and summer so you can use it all-year-round.
3. Egyptian Bedding’s Luxurious Siberian Goose Down Comforter
It’s another product that uses Siberian goose as a trade name. When it comes to fluff and thickness, the Egyptian Bedding’s down comforter is a product to look for.
Unlike the first item on this list, this product is only made of regular farmed goose down. This doesn’t mean that it’s inefficient when it comes to insulation.
In fact, it’s too warm that you would only prefer to use it on cold nights.
4. The Down’s Luxurious 800 T.C. Hungarian Goose Down Comforter
This item requires manual effort to become fluffy. Either you shake it or puff it with your hands. The fluff is thicker compared to other comforters, though. It’s also soft and warm for winter.
Be wary, though, I don’t recommend this for the summer since it has low breathability. This means you’ll find it hot in warm temperatures.
The filling is 100% down with no feathers and the fabric is Egyptian cotton. A perfect combination for a down comforter.
Fluff, thickness, and softness are just 3 characteristics you should look. Aside from that, think about the warmth and breathability as well. With all these, I guarantee you that you’ll end up with the most efficient comforter that suits your best.
